1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • The item is not from a sale, clearance, or custom/personalized order category

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or purchased during clearance sales
  • Personalized or custom-engraved jewelry
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once opened)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at support@miraluxejewels.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization within 2 business days
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the Return Authorization
  • Step 4: Share the tracking details of the return shipment with us

Please note: Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank account, or wallet) via Cashfree
  • Bank processing time may add an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same or different value, subject to availability. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@miraluxejewels.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
