We understand that sometimes plans change. Miraluxe Jewels’s Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and straightforward. Please read it before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests made within 12 hours of placing the order will be accepted without any charges
  • Cancellation requests made after 12 hours but before dispatch will be accepted, subject to a processing fee of ₹50
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy

2. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your order, please email us at support@miraluxejewels.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can call or message us during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM IST).

3. Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • 100% refund will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of order placement
  • For cancellations after 12 hours (pre-dispatch), refund will be processed after deducting the ₹50 processing fee
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Cashfree

4. Cancellation by Miraluxe Jewels

Miraluxe Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction or policy violation
  • Incorrect pricing listed due to a technical error
  • Inability to deliver to the provided address

In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method. We will notify you via email or phone.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled once placed:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry orders
  • Orders already dispatched for delivery
  • Orders placed during special promotional sales (where noted at the time of purchase)
