1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our delivery reach in the near future.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities (Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote and rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping partners.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable on orders below ₹999
  • Express delivery options (if available) will be shown at checkout with applicable charges

5. Packaging

All Miraluxe Jewels jewelry is carefully packaged in our signature gift-ready packaging to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website or through the link provided in the notification.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@miraluxejewels.com with your order number and a photograph (in case of damage). We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
